Just A Minute with Matt Gajtka: Pirates need to keep public messages consistent

Pittsburgh Pirates chairman of the board Bob Nutting recently told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that he has not made any decisions regarding next season’s baseball operations department. This makes sense, considering a late-season slump has torpedoed a promising season for the second straight year.

Yet, we’ve also heard from team president Frank Coonelly and general manager Neal Huntington that they support the status quo for 2013. In my latest Just A Minute video, I ask why Nutting is allowing mixed messages to emanate from Federal Street:
