2014 is shaping up to the be the year of Dan Bylsma.

The Pittsburgh Penguins head coach just surpassed Eddie Johnston for the franchise’s all-time wins record and he’ll command Team USA at the upcoming Olympics. In his latest Just A Minute video essay, City of Champions co-editor Matt Gajtka says Bylsma’s already reached another plateau, too: best coach in team history.
