The Pittsburgh Steelers are gearing up for some overbidding and gambling, otherwise known as NFL free agency. The official signing period begins at 4 p.m. Eastern time Tuesday.

While most of the time the Steelers sit back and just bring back incompetent players that once put on the black and gold, this season may be different.

After two consecutive 8-8 seasons, the pressure is on for the Steelers to make some big moves this offseason. This is further confirmed with names like Jermichael Finley and Alterraun Verner being linked to the Steel City. Louis Delmas was, too, but the former Lions safety reportedly agreed to terms with Dolphins on Monday night.

In addition to these free agents, the Steelers will have to look at a few other positions in order to return to greatness. Let’s take a look at four players they should target in this offseason.

Raji would be a sweet addition and a corner would be nice too. Maybe push our need back for a corner and draft a safety first. (Clinton – Dix ) or receiver, which I would be opposed to anyways but it is a need.

I really think Raji would be a great addition and fill a huge whole, unfortunately, he will probably resign with GreenBay. I believe in order to grow the offense and get the most out of Ben, they need a big, tall receiver. 2nd round, Jordan Matthews. Then they sign a corner and draft either another corner, safety or EVEN a tackle, as although they have bodies to play the position, they could use another stud like DeCastro and Pouncey to really make the Steelers offense great. ONLY if they fill receiver, corner, nose tackle and safety.
      Thanks for the feedback!
