It is that time of year again for students, alumni, and college football fans in general to start making travel plans to follow their favorite team to a bowl game. In the case of the West Virginia Mountaineers, where could that final destination be? Here is what some of the experts are projecting at this time.
ESPN.com – Mark Schlabach sees WVU taking on Arkansas in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee on Monday, Dec. 29. Meanwhile, Brett McMurphy has the Mountaineers facing off against Vols of Tennessee in the Liberty Bowl. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
CBSSports.com – Jerry Palm also likes the Old Gold and Blue in the Liberty Bowl on the last Monday in December, and taking on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
PhilSteele.com – These experts forecast West Virginia meeting LSU in the Liberty Bowl.
SportingNews.com – Bill Bender predicts the Mountaineers to take on the Tigers of LSU in the AdvoCare Texas Bowl at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on Monday, Dec. 29. The contest will be on ESPN.
