A new round of criticism has come upon Pittsburgh Penguins general manager Jim Rutherford, who recently admitted that he could have pressed the New Jersey Devils for draft pick compensation when Ray Shero signed with the Metropolitan Division rival.
However, while I’ve been harsh on Rutherford in the past, I don’t think it’s appropriate to pile on in this case. I explain further in this latest episode of City of Champions TV:
