As the Pittsburgh Steelers prepare to play the Tennessee Titans Thursday night, they will be doing so without the services of two of their best players on the defensive side of the ball.

That’s nothing new for Mike Tomlin’s team as they have been doing that all season long.

This week, there’s a familiar name that will be out of action in Troy Polamalu and a not so familiar name to the injury report.

Troy Polamalu will once again be out of the lineup, after re-aggravating his calf injury in the first quarter against the Philadelphia Eagles. He will be joined on the sidelines Thursday by linebacker LaMarr Woodley, who will be out of action with a hamstring injury.

Ryan Mundy should fill in for Polamalu once again, while I would expect to see more of Jason Worilds this week in place of Woodley.

Other Steelers on the injury report include: James Harrison, Rashard Mendenhall and Stevenson Sylvester, who are all listed as probable.
