By Matt Gajtka
The NHL lockout is now more than a month old, but the Gospel of Hockey continues its early-season push.
This week, co-hosts Matt Gajtka and Larry Snyder take on a wide variety of topics, starting with the New York Islanders, who just made big news with their upcoming move to Brooklyn. What are the benefits and drawbacks of the relocation? Can we expect any more relocation or expansion in the NHL’s near future?
Other topics on today’s program include the Blue Jackets’ hiring of former Blues franchise architect John Davidson and the latest happenings in the contentious CBA negotiations. Matt and Larry also delve into their Local Hockey Report, touching on Robert Morris, Penn State and the junior programs in Youngstown, Ohio and Johnstown, Pa.
