2013 MLB Season Predictions: Projecting the division and award winners
By Matt Shetler
National League Wild Cards
Matt Shetler: Giants and Braves-These two teams will be hanging around the top of their respective divisions, but are too talented not to make the playoffs.
Matt Gajtka: Braves and Pirates- It’ll be 1992 all over again as the Pirates travel to Atlanta for the one-game playoff. Yeah, I’m a homer, but I see the Bucs sneaking into the second wild card with a second-half push, instead of another swoon. Atlanta’s got too much talent on its roster to miss the postseason.
Drew Shetler: Braves and Giants- Both teams have the pitching necessary to make the playoffs.
Zac Weiss: Dodgers and Cardinals- The Dodgers are loaded and the Cardinals always seem to put things together.
