Running Back: Le’Veon Bell vs. Jonathan Dwyer vs. Isaac Redman

Everyone loves the “three-way dance” and that’s what we have with the Steelers’ running back situation.

May 3, 2013; Pittsburgh, PA, USA; Pittsburgh Steelers second round draft pick running back Le

Ultimately this could turn into a two-horse race as the Steelers have reportedly been shopping Dwyer, but no matter who is involved, this is a battle the Steelers hope Bell wins.

Both Dwyer and Redman had their opportunities to impress in the past and while both had their moments, neither left an impression that they are capable of being a featured  back in this league.

That leads me to believe that this is Bell’s job to lose. I don’t like the fact that the Steelers basically have three plungers on their team, but Bell’s versatility is intriguing.

If he can’t beat out Dwyer and Redman right off the bat, it’s possible the Steelers made a mistake by selecting him over other backs that were on the board at the time.

With that being said, this shouldn’t be much of a competition.

Prediction: Bell wins the job by the middle of the Steelers’ preseason schedule
