Pittsburgh Pirates: Assessing Position Players For The Second Half

The Pittsburgh Pirates offense has taken a different approach under hitting coach Jeff Branson where batters are hitting the ball to all fields and this has been met with mixed results. From a record standpoint the Pirates started the season at 10-18 but are now at 52-46 after sweeping the Colorado Rockies for the second series sweep of the season.
