The Pittsburgh Pirates have reportedly re-signed starting pitcher Francisco Liriano to a three-year contract, solidifying their rotation for 2015.
In my latest Reaction Time video for City of Champions TV, I say this contract represents an encouraging change for the franchise, not to mention a potential bargain:
What do you think about the Liriano contract? Is it an isolated case or have the Pirates turned a meaningful corner on the free-agent market? Just as importantly, will Liriano remain effective enough to justify the deal?
