Sergio Campbell, Defender

Sergio Campbell is a 23 year old hard working player from Clarendon, Jamaica. Campbell could be a perfect fit for the Riverhounds, seeing as their team knows how to develop talent from that area. The Hounds have hosted many Jamaicans in Pittsburgh, including former goalkeeper and international team star Ryan Thompson.

Campbell has had very little experience, only starting in one contest for the Crew in their 2015 season, and was on loan to the Crew’s prior USL affiliate Austin Aztex for most of last season.

In his collegiate career, Campbell obtained the American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year Award, and was a two time American Athletic Conference All-First Team member.
