If Pitt can defeat Georgia Tech and a tough Notre Dame team on the road, the Panthers will travel to the KFC Yum! Center with a 14-1 record to meet the currently No. 18 ranked Louisville Cardinals.

Head coach Rick Pitino has had the Panthers number of late, so this will be a true road test for a Pitt team that looks to be turning the corner.  If Pitt wants to soar up the rankings, a road win against Louisville will help that cause.

Though Pitino has been dealing with an NCAA scandal, it has not phased his team.  Louisville lost to Michigan State by 4 and Kentucky by 2, but currently have an 11-2 record.  6-foot-6 senior guard Damion Lee leads the Cardinals with 18.1 ppg, while senior guard Trey Lewis scores 14.2 ppg, and 6-foot-10 sophomore center Chinanu Onuaku averages 9.5 ppg and 7.7 rebounds per game.
