Neftali Feliz

Neftali Feliz in his first year for the Pirates after signing a near $4 million deal over the winter. He has proven this season and in the past that  he can bring the heat and pitch in either the 7th, 8th or 9th innings.  Feliz split time with the Rangers and Tigers in 2015, struggling to find his rhythm. His combined ERA last season was an alarming 6.38, but he has dropped it this season to 4.38.  Feliz will get a lot of ground balls, which sparks some inning ending double plays.  For the Pirates sake, if Feliz can continue to drop his ERA and pitch in big spots, it will help the team in the dog days of summer.
