1. Is Le’Veon Bell worth a huge contract?

Without a shadow of a doubt, Le’Veon Bell is one of the most talented running backs in the NFL; however, in an offseason where the former Spartans superstar is looking to get paid, the Steelers have to decide whether he’s worth a large contract. No matter our personal feelings about Bell’s greatness, Pittsburgh has a very tough decision to make.

According to Pro Football Reference, in Bell’s five NFL seasons, he’s rushed for over 5,000 yards and 35 touchdowns, while racking up over 2,500 receiving yards for 7 touchdown receptions. If we’re looking at whether or not Bell has earned a humongous contract, that ship has already sailed. Of course he has.

Still, for a team who needs that cap space heading into 2018, Pittsburgh’s front-office has some tough decisions to make.

Whether the Steelers end up re-signing Bell or not, they will always to have answer whether he was worth the big money. He’s struggled with suspensions before and this roster could use some extra money this offseason to help the defense. If Bell is signed for a long-term deal, that could potentially hurt the Steelers down-the-road.
