The Pittsburgh Steelers have a chance to return to the win column in Week 12, but they must follow these three keys to victory.

With a Week 12 matchup against the winless Cincinnati Bengals, the Pittsburgh Steelers should feel confident heading into Sunday’s game. Though the team took a tough loss in Week 11, a rebound win shouldn’t be too hard to pull off, especially when considering this week’s opponent. The Bengals, who sit at 0-10 on the season, have not only been bad, they’ve been downright hard to watch. With the Steelers looking to put the chaos of Week 11 behind them and show that they are still a playoff contender, expect them to come out firing on all cylinders.

At 5-5, the Steelers are still very much alive in the AFC playoff race, but they can’t afford many slip-ups moving forward. While Cincinnati is probably the worst team in the NFL, the Steelers can’t afford to overlook them. With a chance to spoil the Steelers’ playoff hopes, the Bengals are going to play hard and attempt to knock off their division rival. Though the Steelers have been a much better team than they were at the beginning of the season, they still fight with inconsistency and poor execution. Even with a massive talent advantage, Pittsburgh must avoid sloppiness to ensure they avoid losing a classic “trap” game.

This game came at the right time for the Steelers. Coming off the emotional let-down of last week, Week 12 gives this team an opportunity to get back on track before once again facing the Cleveland Browns in what is sure to be an emotional game. With that said, upsets happen all the time, and Pittsburgh must focus on the opponent at hand. By following these three keys to victory, the Pittsburgh Steelers should easily take care of business on Sunday.
