City of Champions co-editor Matt Gajtka takes over hosting duties for this week’s edition of Three Rivers, One Show, with staff writers Zac Weiss and Larry Snyder joining to provide their perspectives on the Pittsburgh sports scene.

Today, the guys discuss the Pirates’ surge to the second-best record in all of MLB and how they can keep up their run to the top of the division. The Penguins’ draft and offseason plans are up for discussion too, including trade possibilities this week.

Also, Zac chimes in with his preview of this week’s Senior PGA Players Championship in Fox Chapel, which he will be covering for City of Champions. Larry then takes a deeper look at the Riverhounds soccer club, who are riding a 10-game unbeaten streak to rise up the USL PRO standings.

Finally, Matt sings the praises of summer and the great individual sports that get the spotlight during the year’s hottest season.
