OL Mike Grimm, Bethel Park High School, Pittsburgh, Pa.

The local theme continues with the signing of Grimm, the first of Pitt’s four-star recruits in this class.

He is a guy I am excited about as he is huge and very physical and will likely turn into a very good guard sooner rather than later.

Grimm is rated as a four-star by Rivals and they rank him as the 25th-best offensive tackle in the nation. He picked Pitt over other reported offers from West Virginia, Arizona, Wisconsin and many others.

Chryst continues to try and load up on the offensive line, which may be the biggest positive of this class so far:

DB Jalen Williams, Newburgh Free Academy, Newburgh, N.Y.

The final guy I will look at in this post is Williams, another player I am very high on.

Williams chose Pitt over Syracuse, Buffalo and Temple. He is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound safety and is rated as a three star by both Rivals and Scout. Rivals lists him as the sixth-best prospect in the state of New York, while Scout names Williams as the 68th-best safety in the country.

He was named all-state in New York twice and could make an early impact at Pitt as the safety position is extremely thin, especially with playmaker Jason Hendricks graduating:
