I opened Episode 9 with a discussion on the rigors of travel in sports, and how teams and athletes are getting better at mitigating those effects. I also get into the benefits of mental health as it relates to sports performance.
At the 23-minute mark, Tim Williams of the comprehensive website Pirates Prospects joined me on the guest line to talk about the organization’s minor-league system and how they go about making the most of the baseball players they draft and sign.
